Daniel Paul Skipper (defendant) was convicted, following a jury trial, of statutory rape in the first degree, § 566.032,1 and statutory sodomy in the first degree, § 566.062. He was charged as, and found to be, a prior offender. See § 558.016.2. This court affirms.
