GOLDEN, Justice.

[¶ 1] After two altercations with his pregnant girlfriend, Appellant Thomas Glenn was convicted of two counts of aggravated assault on a pregnant woman and one count of assault on another woman who had tried to defend her. He challenges those convictions on grounds that the State produced insufficient evidence of pregnancy, and the evidence did not support instructing the jury it could consider his attempts...
