Appellants, Darrell Manley, Sr. (Manley, Sr.), Frances Carolyn Manley (Frances Manley), and Darrell Manley, Jr. (Manley, Jr.), bring this appeal following the trial court's final judgment in favor of appellee, Ophelia Parsons.
