This is a review, pursuant to SCR 40.08(5),1 of the final decision of the Board of Bar Examiners (BBE) declining to certify that the petitioner, Edward Littlejohn, Jr., has satisfied the character and fitness requirements for admission to the Wisconsin bar set forth in SCR 40.06(1).2 The BBE's final decision dated August 28, 2002, was consistent with its earlier "Intent to Deny" letter...
