A.T.H. was adjudicated delinquent for possession of marihuana within 1,000 feet of a school and placed on probation. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. §§ 481.121, .134 (West Supp.2003); Tex. Fam.Code Ann. § 54.03 (West 2002). He appeals, contending that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress the State's evidence because the police officer had neither reasonable suspicion...
