This action seeks judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the Commissioner) den plaintiffs application for a period of disability and ensuing benefits. Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The matter was referred to this Magistrate and a consent to proceed was thereafter received.
