Mother appeals from a judgment awarding custody of her son (AM) to his paternal grandparents. Resolution of mother's appeal requires that we determine whether the trial court awarded custody to grandparents consistently with ORS 109.119. We review the facts de novo. ORS 19.415(3); State v.
