This is with respect to Defendant Innovative Clinical Solutions, Ltd.'s ("ICSL") motion (Doc. # 77) to dismiss Plaintiffs' second amended complaint in the above captioned adversary proceeding.1 The second amended complaint consists of 15 separate counts embodied in 179 numbered paragraphs spanning 65 pages.
