BORDEN, J.

The dispositive issue in this appeal1 is whether there was sufficient evidence for the trial court's finding that, because of the defendant's alleged breach of contract and negligent misrepresentations, a certain proposed real estate transaction between the plaintiff and a contract purchaser of the property failed. We conclude that there was not sufficient evidence
