OPINION

Opinion by Justice ROSS.

The trial court found that T.R.S., a juvenile, violated his probation and committed him to the custody of the Texas Youth Commission. T.R.S. contends the trial court erred in: (1) finding the allegation he had broken and entered a van with intent to commit theft was true; (2) finding the allegation he had failed to restrain from the use of illegal drugs was true; and (3) finding the allegation he had possessed a deadly weapon...
