This case arises from a decision of the Arkansas Board of Review of the Employment Security Department (ESD), denying unemployment benefits to appellant, Darold L. Maxfield. On appeal, appellant argues that the Board's decision denying unemployment benefits was not supported by substantial evidence and was contrary to the law. We agree; accordingly we reverse and remand so that the Board can enter an order that the unemployment benefits...
