ARTERTON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Neil Scala commenced this action in state court, alleging personal injury aboard one of defendant American Airline's international flights. American Airlines ("American") removed the case to this Court, and has now moved for judgment on the pleadings, asserting that Scala's claims are not cognizable under the Warsaw Convention.
