After the denial of his motions to suppress evidence, appellant, Arthur Edmund Uresti, pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor offense of keeping a gambling place. The trial court found appellant guilty and, pursuant to an agreed recommendation by the State, assessed punishment at 30 days in jail.
