The Chapter 13 Trustee, Jasmine Z. Keller ("Trustee"), appeals from the bankruptcy court1 order denying her objection to the Debtor's homestead exemption under 11 U.S.C. § 522(d)(1). We have jurisdiction over this appeal from the final order and judgment of the bankruptcy court. See 28 U.S.C. § 158(b). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
