("Paul Revere"), arises from defendant's decision to terminate plaintiffs disability benefits in December 2001. On May 3, 2002, Plaintiff filed suit against defendant in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, alleging that Unum's termination of his disability benefits...
