The petitioner, Michelle J. Robinson, appeals the decision of the Superior Court (Hampsey, J.) dismissing her appeal of the Town of Hudson Zoning Board of Adjustment's (ZBA) denial of her request for a variance from the 150-foot frontage requirement applicable to her property. We reverse and remand.
