Robinson, appeals the decision of the Superior Court (Hampsey, J.) dismissing her appeal of the Town of Hudson Zoning Board of Adjustment's (ZBA) denial of her request for a variance from the 150-foot frontage requirement applicable to her property. We reverse and remand.
