DECISION AND ORDER

HURLEY, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed this action against her former employer, alleging that she was unlawfully terminated based on her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et. seq., and the New York State Human Rights Law ("NYHRL"), Executive Law Section 296. Currently before the Court is Defendant's motion for summary judgment.
