This is an interlocutory appeal from a denial of a temporary injunction.1 Some eighty-five percent of Robert S. Bell, M.D.'s orthopedic surgery practice involves workers compensation patients. Dr. Bell sued the Texas Workers Compensation Commission ("Commission") because it removed him from its list of approved doctors when his license to practice medicine was revoked as a result of a felony...
