{¶ 1} This is an appeal from the October 17, 2002 order of the Huron County Court of Common Pleas which granted summary judgment in favor of appellees, Citizens National Bank of Norwalk, as executor of the estate of Mary Boyd Secrest, and Citizens National Bank of Norwalk, individually (collectively, "Citizens").
