The plaintiff, Romeo Sevigny, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial on his negligence complaint, in favor of the defendants, Dibble Hollow Condominium Association, Inc., a nonstock corporation (Dibble Hollow), Thibodeau Management Services, Inc. (Thibodeau), and Theodore Vancour, doing business as Ted's Lawn Service (Vancour).1
