Appellant Rheba Johnson ("Johnson") sued Appellee Scott Fetzer Company d/b/a Kirby ("Kirby") and Carmello Rodriguez ("Rodriguez"), asserting claims for sexual harassment, negligence, assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
