The Farm Credit Bank of Baltimore (the Bank) sued Angel Ferrera-Goitia, his wife Annie Bosch-Velez, and their conjugal partnership (collectively, the appellants) to foreclose a mortgage and satisfy an ancillary debt. Nearly six and one-half years after the district court entered a default judgment against them and two and one-half years after the court confirmed the foreclosure sale, the appellants appeared for the first time and sought relief...
