A jury convicted appellant Keith Jones of murder, assessed his punishment at ten years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, imposed a $10,000 fine, and recommended community supervision for ten years. On August 26, 1992, the trial court entered judgment and set the terms and conditions of Jones's community supervision. Jones appeals the revocation of his community supervision...
