Alonzo Gibson appeals his conviction of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, see 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & (b)(1)(A)(ii) (2003), and conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, see id. § 846, on the ground that the imposition of his sentence over seven years after the jury returned a guilty verdict violated his right to speedy...
