¶ 1 The Plaintiff, Stephen Bradley, brought this action for breach of contract by the Defendant, Crow Tribe of Indians, in the District Court for the Thirteenth Judicial District in Yellowstone County. The District Court dismissed Bradley's complaint based on sovereign immunity. Bradley appeals from the District Court's order dismissing the complaint.
