Before the Court is Defendants' motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction (Docket # 23). Defendants argue that Plaintiffs have failed to establish the jurisdictional amount necessary to sustain this case in federal court. Plaintiffs have duly opposed said motion (Docket # 30).
