I. INTRODUCTION AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

The Court has before it San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino's (hereinafter "Marriott") "Motion for a New Trial and/or Alternative Request for Remittitur" (docket No. 25), and Plaintiffs opposition thereto (docket No. 26). For the following reasons, Marriott's motion is hereby GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART.
