Dr. Alga Morales-Villalobos, an anesthesiologist, brought antitrust claims under 15 U.S.C. § 1 (2000) (Section 1 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act) and pendent state law claims against her former employers, the overlapping directors of an anesthesiology group and two hospitals.
