In this diversity case arising out of a contract dispute, Defendant-Appellant Continental Polymers, Inc. ("Continental") appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Bacou Dalloz USA ("Bacou")on Continental's breach of contract and good faith and fair dealing counterclaims. Continental also appeals the district court's determination after trial that Continental failed to prove Bacou made fraudulent misrepresentations...
