Opinion by Justice CARTER.

Gerald Glenn Wilder was found guilty by a jury of the offense of aggravated sexual assault of his daughter, T.N.W. The court assessed punishment at sixty years' confinement.

T.N.W., a nine-year-old child, testified that her father sexually assaulted her while her family was living with friends. The Fannin County Child Protective Service (CPS) was notified concerning the sexual abuse of this child. CPS ultimately...
