I. Introduction
This is a consolidated securities fraud class action in which the lead plaintiffs are Ram Trust Services, Inc. and Lens Investment Management, LLC ("the plaintiffs"). The lead plaintiffs propose a class of all purchasers of Stone & Webster, Inc. ("S & W" or the "Company") securities between January 22, 1998, and May 8, 2000.
