¶ 1 The State of Montana petitioned the District Court for the Fourth Judicial District in Missoula County, to revoke the suspended sentences of the defendant, Gary Lee Senn, for an alleged violation of a condition to probation. The District Court found that Senn violated a condition of probation and revoked his suspended sentences. Senn appeals the District Court's order and new sentences imposed...
