The defendant, Kathleen Tarro, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the application for a prejudgment remedy filed by the plaintiff, John Orsini, in the amount of $5500. The defendant claims that the court improperly granted the prejudgment remedy on the basis of General Statutes § 52-568. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
