Appellant Raúl Rivera Aponte1 ("Rivera") challenges the district court's entry of summary judgment in favor of his former employer, appellee Restaurant Metropol # 3, Inc. ("Metropol"), on Rivera's age discrimination claim. We find that Rivera has failed to demonstrate a trial worthy issue of discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and affirm...
