(hereafter Deca) appealed from a decision by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (hereafter Commission) awarding claimant, Winston Pennington, workers' compensation benefits. Thereafter, the parties filed a joint motion to remand the case to the Commission. We grant the motion, vacate the decision and remand for further proceedings.
