In this case, a jury convicted defendant-appellant Ngai Man Lee of, inter alia, possession of fifteen or more unauthorized credit cards (known in the statutory argot as "access devices"). On appeal, Lee argues that the district court erred in failing to require jury unanimity as to which fifteen credit cards he possessed.
