Eric Morrow appeals his conviction for failing to appear at his felony sentencing.1 Morrow contends on appeal that Superior Court Judge Larry C. Zervos abused his discretion in (1) denying his motion to dismiss the indictment, (2) denying his motion to bifurcate his trial, and (3) admitting evidence of two prior incidents where Morrow had failed to appear.
