Pending before the Court is a Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 To Vacate, Set Aside, Or Correct Sentence By A Person In Federal Custody (D.I.192) filed by Defendant, Joseph Scott. By his Motion, Plaintiff raises five claims of ineffective assistance of counsel.
