I. INTRODUCTION

The University of North Texas (UNT) appeals the denial of its plea to the jurisdiction asserting sovereign immunity. In three issues, UNT contends that the trial court erred by failing to grant UNT's plea to the jurisdiction because Appellees Carla and Catherine Grace Harvey
