Following a ten-day trial in this court, the jury found the defendant, Plaut Consulting, Inc. ("Plaut"), liable to the plaintiff, Uncle Henry's, Inc. ("Uncle Henry's"), on two counts: breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation. The jury awarded $402,000 and $202,000 in damages on each count, respectively.
