A jury convicted appellant, Juan Jose Deleon, of aggravated assault, enhanced by two prior convictions for murder and one prior conviction for burglary of a building, with all three prior convictions having occurred at the same time. The trial court assessed punishment at 40 years in prison. We determine whether error in the admission of appellant's two prior convictions for murder, convictions which were admitted to impeach appellant...
