SSM Health Care System successfully exercised its dissenters' rights under WIS. STAT. ch. 180 against HMO-W. SSM appeals a judgment awarding it money damages plus interest under WIS. STAT. § 180.1301(5) (1991-92).1 SSM contends that the circuit court should have applied, post-decision, the 12% interest rate specified in WIS. STAT. § 814.04(4), rather than interest as defined in § 180.1301(5). We disagree...
