Appellant Ronald A. Weatherford was convicted in the Pulaski County Circuit Court of manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, and possession of drug paraphernalia. On the first count, he was sentenced to a term of ten years' imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction. He received a fine in connection with the remaining two counts....
