KELLER, P.J., delivered the opinion of the unanimous Court.

At the time of the offense, appellant was a juvenile. She was certified as an adult and transferred to district court to be prosecuted for intoxication manslaughter. She subsequently entered an open plea of guilty and was sentenced to ten years probation. On appeal, she challenged the discretionary transfer from juvenile court.
