PER CURIAM.

The appellant pleaded guilty to and was convicted by the trial court of driving while intoxicated. The trial court followed the plea agreement and sentenced the appellant to 180 days in jail, probated for one year, and a $500 fine. The appellant had filed a pre-trial motion to suppress and filed a timely general notice of appeal.
