The respondent was served with a petition containing nine charges of professional misconduct. Although she initially denied the charges, she conceded at the hearing that she was collaterally estopped from relitigating any of the findings contained in two decisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York upon which the charges were based.
