Glenn Allen Norem appeals from an interlocutory order appointing a receiver in a suit for divorce. In three issues, Glenn claims the trial court abused its discretion in appointing a receiver over the community property shares of a corporation and granting certain powers to the receiver to control the corporation. We agree the trial court abused its discretion in its grant of authority to the receiver but...
