{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Beatrix Maitland, Elton J. Shaw, and Duane J. Adams, individually and on behalf of a class, appeal an order by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas that granted a motion to dismiss by defendantsappellees, Ford Motor Company, DaimlerChrysler Corporation, and General Motors Corporation, in this action alleging violations of various sections of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (R.C. 1345.01 et seq.) and fraud.
