This is an appeal from the order of the bankruptcy court1 dated April 22, 2003, which held that a claim for attorney's fees filed by Bradley and Riley ("B & R"), incurred defending state court litigation between the former shareholders of the Debtor, Internet Navigator, Inc. ("INI"), were payable under the Debtor's confirmed reorganization plan. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
