Defendant, James W. O'Herin, appeals from a judgment of contempt and warrant of commitment dated November 17, 2000, which ordered a fine of $10,000 plus interest until paid, thirty days incarceration, and an additional day-to-day incarceration until defendant purged himself of contempt.
